Ground-up design and development of the ctrltd company website -- from information architecture through to production delivery on a modern Django + Next.js stack.
The Brief
CTR Ltd is a technology consultancy working at the intersection of AI, health, and public-sector digital. They needed a website that matched the quality of the work: clear, professional, and technically credible -- built properly rather than on a template. Lavery Digital led the engagement from first conversation to live deployment.
What Was Delivered
A ground-up website: information architecture, visual design, copywriting direction, and full-stack implementation. The site presents CTR Ltd's services, expertise, and case studies in a way that speaks to their actual buyers -- procurement teams and technical directors in the NHS and public sector -- without the generic consultant cliches that characterise most agency sites in the space.
Technology Stack
Backend: Django serves the CMS and API layer. Frontend: Next.js with TypeScript for a fast, maintainable experience with full SSR and ISR support. Tailwind CSS for styling. Deployed to DigitalOcean with Traefik and Docker Compose, following the same containerised pattern used across the Lavery Digital project portfolio.
